I am Venkata Naresh from tirupati the holy town in chittoor district of Andhra pradesh

I am 16 years boy physically handicapped with 81% and regular patient of three chronical diseases with two 100% deaf and dumb sisters

We are from LANDLESS AGRICULTURE LABOUR BACK WORD COMMUNITY

my father studied upto ssc in my mother”s brother house and after completed graduation ( private study)Working in different places in Bangalore

He MARRIED MY my mother who is SISTER’S DAUGHTER TO HIM WHEN SHE PROMISED FOR HIGHER EDUCATION (B.Ed course)

So he worked in a pvt. ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL as teacher for ten years but my aim did not fulfilled

Difficulties one by one come on the way

our rented house drowned in floods in madanapalle in 1996

Due my my health problem need to go to visit many hospitals

Need to change work PLACE as well as residence For lively hood

APRRM A NON GOVT. ORGANISATION GAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO MY FATHER AS EMPLOYEE

But he lost job due to unavailability of funds

Since 2008 we are in tirupati doing daily wage work

I invite the attention of philanthropists that it is my misfortune born with a rare 3 diseases called
1.Diastematomyelia
2. chronical tropic ulcers of left foot
3. neurogenic bladder

Diastematomyelia surgeries DONE at NIMHANS -BANGALORE in 1999

2. chronical tropic ulcers of left foot 9 more surgeris done in SRI VENKATESWARA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES ,TIRUPTI from 2006 to 2012 by the grant from HIS EXCELLENCY THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA

3. neurogenic bladder it is more difficuly yo me to control urine pass i used pipes and some other machanism but still need to change 3 more dressrs daily
PRESENT PROBLEM

I NEED TO STAND PROPERLY AND WALK WITHOUT ANY ASSISTANT EVEN I HAVE TRICYCLE I HAVE NOT ENOUGH STRENGTH TO RIDE OR PULL IT. NEED ANY INSTRUMENT LIKE CALLIPERS TO COVER WOUND OR SHOES AND SUGGESTIONS

My parents are daily wage earners and they need to look after two more my younger sisters who are completely deaf and dumb. Now my parents are completely helpless.
